NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION

FOR

COMMISSIONER OF THE

TOWN OF LEE FIRE DISTRICT

          NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Town of Lee Fire District will take place on December 13, 2011 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Lee Town Hall located at 5808 Stokes Lee Center Road, Lee Center, New York, for the purpose of electing one (1) Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2016.  All residents of the Town of Lee who are registered with the Oneida County Board of Elections on or before November 21, 2011 shall be eligible to vote.

          Absentee ballots can be requested by submitting a written request to:

                                       P. O. Box 156

                                       Lee Center, NY 13363

          Requests for absentee ballots must be submitted to the Town of Lee Fire District by December 6, 2011.

          Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names, in writing, with the Secretary of the Town of Lee Fire District, at the Fire House, Stokes-Lee Center Road, P. O. Box 156, Lee Center, NY 13363 no later than twenty (20) days before the election, November 23, 2011.
