The Town of Lee bills it's customers a flat rate twice a year.

The first billing is in April, payable by the end of the month.

The second is in October, payable by the end of the month. 

A property owner who has failed to receive his/her water bill in a timely manner is still responsible for the timely payment of water rents and any late penalty payment, according to opinions of the State Comptroller derived from state law.

A 10% penalty will be charged for late payments.

Payments are taken in person at the Town Hall during the months of April and October on:

Tuesdays        12PM until 2PM

Wednesdays    12PM until 2PM and 6PM until 8PM
